I had the best time in Palm Springs this past Saturday. I had never been before so the plan was to make a short visit on our way to Phoenix, but we just could not get away. The weather was amazing and everything around was so so beautiful. We drove with the windows down and the 90s music up. I mean, who doesn’t sing every single word when LIT’s My Own Worst Enemy comes on? That’s what I thought.

We had the most yummy Mexican food at Las Casuelas Quinta. If you are ever in Palm Springs and craving some authentic and amazing Mexican dishes, do yourself a favor and go here. I ordered the veggie quesadilla because it had squash and zucchini in it- my favorite vegetables! It was the best thing. Ever since we went there, I’ve been coming up with ideas in my head of  how to make my own rendition of this. So delicious.

We couldn’t leave PS before trying our luck at the Fantasy Springs Casino. Bobby lost $8 (such a small loss for him that I consider it a win!) and I won $34:)

I especially loved these windmills. There were SO MANY. It blew my mind… get it? Because they’re windmills? Sorry, it’s late.
